About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead service operations, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. You'll be the go-to expert for complex issues and play a key role in training and supporting junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate service activities.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing and heating faults.
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to peers
  • Liaise with our customers to deliver excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in both electrical and plumbing engineering.
  • Electrical, 18th edition preferred
  • Electrical Test and inspection
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Full UK driving licence. 2391/2 or equivalent
  • Being able to work alone and with a team
  • Having high attention to details.
  • Being able to use a wide range of tools.
  • Being physically fit.
  • Having good communication skills.
  • Being able to follow technical instructions
