Required Experience

  • Strong configuration and customisation experience with Dynamics 365 CE (ideally Customer Service)
  • Ability to build custom plugins using C#, workflows, and actions
  • Advanced Power Automate (Cloud Flows) skills at scale
  • Strong enterprise-level Canvas App development experience
  • Good front-end development skills: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Clear, confident communicator who can engage customers at all levels
  • Experience working in distributed development teams, including:
  • Source control (ADO / Git)
  • CI/CD practices
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-230, PL-100)
