Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme, private health insurance, Company Car / Car allowance, free breakfast and lunch, professional development support.

The Business

Universal Business Team (UBT) is a global enterprise spanning 19 countries across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, Central America and Australasia.
UBT is a diversified business consultancy that supports clients with business-advisory and group-buying services with the objective of helping businesses develop a competitive edge.

We provide services and products to approximately 3,000 independent, family-owned businesses globally—most being small to medium-sized enterprises with annual revenues typically between £1m and £100m+.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Global SaaS Product Manager (Logistics) to define, drive, and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cloud-based logistics platform.

This pivotal role will influence how logistics customers; spanning transport, warehousing, and supply chain sectors, manage global operations efficiently and profitably. You'll oversee the platform's evolution across multiple regions, ensuring it meets diverse market and regulatory needs while scaling globally.

You'll work closely with engineering, UX, and data teams to create best-in-class features supporting multi-modal transport (road, air, sea), real-time tracking, automated dispatch, and integrations with carrier networks and customs systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a global SaaS logistics platform.
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and customer research to uncover unmet needs.
  • Translate business and customer insights into actionable product requirements and prioritised roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimisation.
  • Manage regional localisation, ensuring the platform meets global compliance and integration standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption and retention.
  • Define and monitor key metrics such as usage, ARR growth, churn, and NPS to guide decisions.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and data-driven development.
About You

We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and technically fluent product leader with:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager for a B2B SaaS product (logistics or supply-chain preferred).
  • Proven success managing international product rollouts and leading cross-regional teams.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, and cloud environments.
  • Analytical acumen to interpret KPIs and translate data into strategic action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • A background in logistics, transport, or supply-chain tech (desirable).
  • A degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain (or equivalent).
Why Join UBT?

You'll be joining a globally respected business that empowers thousands of independent companies to achieve more. In this role, you'll shape the future of a high-impact SaaS platform and play a direct part in driving innovation within the logistics industry, on a truly international scale.

If you're ready to take ownership of a global product that's transforming logistics through technology and insight, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today to become our next Global SaaS Product Manager and help define the future of global logistics.
