As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our PC & Console team.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing product marketing plans that deliver against revenue expectations, from initial signing through to retail launch and post-launch. You will work closely with internal PC & Console teams, external developers, partners, and other stakeholders to prepare games for a successful commercial launch. Together, you will maximise corporate profitability and growth, creating impactful marketing assets and strategies.
This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio working onsite 5 days per week, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute product marketing plans that deliver against revenue expectations from initial signing through retail launch and post-launch.
- Prepare games for successful commercial launch, working with internal PC & Console teams and external developers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Work with internal and external creative service teams to create best-in-class marketing assets within budget.
- Maximise corporate profitability and growth.
- Write exemplary digital store copy and product blogs as required.
- Manage assigned product budget efficiently, maximising product awareness.
- Establish and maintain positive, productive working relationships with internal teams, the Kwalee marketing department, and external developers and partners.
- Determine KPIs for the PMP and track meaningful metrics to assess campaign and product performance, adjusting strategy as necessary.
- Work with First Party Platform Publishers, Developers, and Production teams to ensure optimal game launches.
- Play games and research competitors to understand what makes successful PC & Console games stand out.
- Present marketing research and findings to management and team members.
Requirements
- Experience in product marketing, with a focus on PC & Console games.
- Strong understanding of the full product marketing lifecycle, from planning through to launch and post-launch.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging store copy and blogs.
- Ability to manage budgets and maximise product awareness within allocated resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and external partners.
- Experience working with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and adjust marketing strategies based on data.
- Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor products.
- A team-oriented approach with a strong focus on developing team members' potential.
