About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Product Management, the Lead Product Manager is responsible for composing product roadmap through research, vision-setting, business alignment and prioritisation. The Lead Product Manager is a proactive leader who prioritises business and technical requirements, outlining what success looks like. What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain a high-level product roadmap that aligns with overall business strategy and long-term vision.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritise features and initiatives that deliver the highest business value.

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure the roadmap reflects business priorities such as revenue growth, cost optimisation, and market expansion.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between commercial goals and technical feasibility.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders across the business unit and wider group.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency on roadmap progress and decision-making processes.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on product performance, upcoming features, and release timelines.
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and discussions to gather input and validate product concepts.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and development teams to balance the delivery of customer-facing features with technical improvements and technical debt.
About You

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, research, and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs, with a focus on delivering products that provide exceptional value.

  • Influencing Skills: Understand their audience and make the right case for the right person, using research and data to form strong and well-supported points of view to back up their opinion and decisions.
  • Technical Acumen: Adequate understanding of technical processes and software development to effectively communicate with engineers and make informed decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and roadblocks creatively and effectively.
  • Commercial Awareness: Solid grasp of financial metrics, market trends, and business performance indicators.
