As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking New Business Manager for Lettings & Sales to lead our operational success and elevate our brand even further.

You will oversee the full performance of our Lettings and Sales department for new business to ensure efficency, deliver exceptional client experiences, and meet ambitious growth targets. This is a key leadership position where strategic thinking, strong commercial awareness, and people management skills come together to drive RedDoor Homes to the next level.

Duties

  • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and personalised engagement
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and optimise outreach efforts
  • Supervise junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional development
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for management review
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery of objectives
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Experience

  • Proven supervisory experience with a track record of high performance and results.
  • Strong background in property sales and lettings.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and inspire colleagues
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Pay: £24,420.00-£56,347.64 per year
