Refugee Resource supports the mental health and wellbeing of refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants through therapeutic care, practical assistance, and community integration. Based in Oxford, we offer one-to-one counselling, group therapy, casework support, and activities that foster community connection and empowerment. As global conflicts rise and displacement increases, the demand for our services continues to grow. Our work provides a safe, confidential space where people can begin to heal from trauma, rebuild their lives, and feel a renewed sense of belonging.
Volunteer Coordinator & Social Inclusion Lead
Salary: £29,521.00 FTE (pro rata £23,912)
Hours 28 hours per week
Location: East Oxford - on site
Closing Date: Monday 24th November - 12 noon

The Role:-
As our Volunteer Coordinator & Social Inclusion Lead, you'll play a vital role in developing and leading a thriving Volunteer Programme. You'll recruit, train, and support over 30 volunteers, oversee Front of House operations, and coordinate social inclusion activities including our Women's Group and our Healing in the Outdoors Programme.
You'll help to ensure our volunteers feel valued and supported, while fostering community engagement and strengthening partnerships across Oxfordshire.
