Role Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Senior
Operations Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of PuriFire Energy. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence, team efficiency, and seamless execution across our projects and facilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, organisational acumen, and a deep understanding of sustainable energy operations to drive our mission forward.

Reports To : Head of Engineer / CEO


Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership
    : Manage daily business operations across production, logistics, and administrative functions to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant workflows.
  • Team Management:
    Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and engagement levels. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimisation:
    Develop and implement operational systems, policies, and best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
  • Project Execution:
    Coordinate with Head of Engineering, R&D, and project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of multiple projects.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards in all operational activities.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    Support financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve strategic and operational goals.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and continuous process improvement.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare and present regular operational performance reports, identifying key insights and actionable improvements.

What we are looking for:

·     Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

· years of experience in operations and project management, preferably in renewable energy, clean tech, or industrial production sectors.

·     Proven leadership and people management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.

·     Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
