Senior Partnerships & Community Manager
to lead stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and community activity across England.

What you'll do:

  • Lead engagement strategies for renewable energy projects from planning to operation.
  • Build strong relationships with local communities, MPs, councillors, businesses, and voluntary organisations.
  • Influence regional and national policy to support project consents.
  • Plan and deliver community events, workshops, exhibitions, and consultations.
  • Promoting our community funds and sustainability initiatives.

Who you are:

  • Confident, credible, and persuasive with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced in stakeholder engagement, community relations, or public affairs.
  • Resilient, strategic, and able to deliver results under pressure.
  • Full UK driving license with willingness to travel.
  • Pro renewable energy and politically agnostic.
  • Likely to have prior commercial experience within construction infrastructure projects, energy, utilities, healthcare or retail or other industries that directly impact local communities.
