Job Description:
Arm's Solution Engineering group is seeking a Senior Quality Management, Requirements Traceability, and Systems Specialist to lead and optimize quality processes and requirements traceability across complex engineering programs. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust quality management systems, ensuring end-to-end traceability of requirements from conception through delivery, and integrating best-in-class systems practices into operational workflows. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in quality standards, traceability methodologies, and continuous improvement, and will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to drive organizational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO and industry standards.
- Establish and oversee requirements traceability frameworks to ensure all deliverables meet specified criteria and customer expectations.
- Conduct audits and assessments of QMS processes, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to integrate traceability tools and standard methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance, risk management, and process optimization across global teams.
- Develop and deliver training on quality management and requirements traceability processes to ensure organizational alignment and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in quality management systems, requirements traceability, and operational process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QMS tools, and requirements management platforms.
