Sales Progressor, Part-Time, Permanent Role

Meyers Estate Agents, a highly successful, established and market leading Estate Agency, are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their award-winning Residential Sales team. This role is based in Southbourne, (Bournemouth).

The ideal candidate for this position will be genuinely professional, with great communication and organisation skills for the purpose of liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other agents to help progress a sale from offer through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have at least one years' worth of experience as a Sales Progressor either in the conveyancing or estate agency industry, be detail-orientated and focused on delivering accurate and timely results, be able to problem solve/find solutions, skilfully handle objections, and be proudly reliable in providing an exceptional service.

The position attracts an OTE £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience), pro rata for part-time hours.

The skills required for this Sales Progressor role will include:

  • A minimum of 1 years' worth of experience in a real estate Sales Progression role
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient in using relevant software and systems
  • A thoroughly professional approach and a positive attitude
