SAP Buyer / Office Manager
Quoile Services Limited is seeking to recruit an Office Manager with SAP Procurement experience to support a major capital project in Ayrshire.
Job Description
The Office Manager will support the Project Controls and Finance Teams with financial, compliance, planning and administrative duties.
Typical day to day duties include:
- Project purchasing, raising purchase orders for services and goods
- Assisting in the Goods receipting process to facilitate invoice payments
- Matching to POs where necessary and liaison on basic match failing issues - PO not sufficient, vendor invoice not clear etc.
- Expediting where critical
- Validating timesheets and payment applications
- Working directly with the project team and service providers
- Supporting compliance audits
- Assisting cost team with basic admin duties such as downloads from SAP. Basic uploads to costs system and matching data and flagging issues
- Facilitate inductions and training
- General administrative support
The Individual:
- Experience of using SAP is essential (Procurement, Engineering modules, etc.).
- Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Must be comfortable deputising when required.

Pay: £38,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
