Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based in South East. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their fire protection needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical teams, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves building strong client relationships and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in generating leads and sales closure
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively
  • Organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of fire protection systems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and operational teams
  • Proficiency in using sales-related software and CRM tools
