Corporate Solicitor

Overview

We are working with a well-established law firm in Buckinghamshire who are seeking an ambitious Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their busy Corporate Team. This role is offered as a senior associate level or above, including Partnership for the right candidates. If you have strong transactional experience, this is an excellent opportunity to take your career forward.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced solicitors and partners handling a wide range of corporate work, including:

• Company sales, acquisitions and investments
• Demergers and capital reductions
• Shareholder, regulatory and LLP agreements
• Structuring and restructuring, including tax issues

Experience with share schemes (EMI or other HMRC-approved) or secured lending / loan & security documentation would be a plus, though not essential.

What You'll Be Working On

• A high-quality corporate workload, with deal values typically in the £2-20 million range
• Diverse and sophisticated client matters
• Advice on regulatory, accounting and taxation issues as they affect corporate clients

What We're Looking For

• At least 5+ years of PQE in corporate law
• Solid experience across corporate transactions (as above)
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage clients' broader needs around regulation, tax and accounting
