Leicester, Leicester, United Kingdom Haus Estates Full time £20,000 - £35,000 per year

About the Role

Haus Estates is not your traditional high-street estate agent. We are a future-focused agency building our business on custom apps, AI integration, and advanced CRM systems.

We are looking for a bright, organised, and tech-focused individual to join us as a 'right-hand person' to the business owner. We need someone who is ready to step up, embrace our technology, and help drive the business forward

Includes Business Support & Operations

  • Company:
    Haus Estates
  • Location:
    47 Francis Street, Leicester, LE2 2BE (Hybrid/Branch-based)
  • Job Type:
    Part-Time (Permanent/Temporary)
  • Schedule:
    approx. 16–24 hours per week.
Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays are essential.

The Opportunity

This is a varied hybrid role where you will be the face of our Francis Street branch, manage our property portfolio, and ensure the business runs smoothly.

Don't worry if you don't know everything about property yet—we provide full training.
We provide you with a company laptop, phone, and access to our AI-driven systems to make your work efficient and manageable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch & Business Support (Operations)

  • Front of House:
Manage the front office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for anyone walking in.
  • Organisation:
Assist the business owner with diary management, organising viewings, and general business administration.
  • Communication:
Monitor emails and handle incoming calls regarding sales and lettings in a polite and professional manner.

2. Property Management

  • Tenant & Landlord Liaison:
Act as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords (training provided).
  • Maintenance:
Coordinate with contractors to sort out repairs and maintenance issues quickly.
  • Process:
Log inquiries and leads into our digital systems to ensure nothing gets missed.

3. Tech, AI & Social Media

  • Digital Workflow:
Use our custom-built apps and Google Workspace to keep the agency organised.
  • Social Media:
Assist with posting property updates and engaging content on our social channels.
  • AI Tools:
Work with our AI integration to automate routine tasks—we want you to work smarter, not harder.

What We Are Looking For

  • The Schedule:
You must be available to work
    Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
  • Digital Native:
You must be genuinely comfortable with technology. We need someone who picks up new apps, software, and digital systems quickly and instinctively.
  • Highly Organized:
You have a natural ability to keep things in order, manage a diary, and stay on top of tasks.
  • Eager to Learn:
Experience in Estate Agency is a bonus, but
    attitude is everything.
If you are smart, reliable, and willing to learn our systems, we want to hear from you.
  • Local:
Must be based locally in Leicester with easy access to the Francis Street branch.

The Package

  • Career Growth:
A genuine opportunity to learn the property industry from the ground up in a tech-forward company.
  • Mentorship:
Direct access to the business owner and training on how to run a modern business.
  • Equipment:
Company laptop, phone, and full tech setup provided.
  • Environment:
A modern, flexible working environment where your input is valued.
