Overview

We are seeking experienced CIPP Lining Operative's to join our growing drainage rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will carry out cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) installation, patch lining, and pipe rehabilitation works across domestic, commercial, and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install CIPP liners, patch repairs, and other trenchless rehabilitation systems
  • Operate inversion drums, cutters, ambient installation & curing equipment (depending on experience)
  • Carry out CCTV surveys before and after lining works
  • Operate jetting and cleaning equipment to prepare pipework
  • Operate cutting/Picote, Micro Milling cutting equipment (Small diameter upto 300mm)
  • Work safely in confined spaces where required
  • Complete job sheets, risk assessments, and site reports
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment to a high standard
  • Represent the company professionally on client sites

Requirements

  • Experience in CIPP lining or drainage rehabilitation (preferred)
  • CSCS card (desirable but training required)
  • Confined Space qualification (desirable but training provided)

· RASWA (desirable but training provided)

  • Full UK driving licence (essential; towing licence an advantage)
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work overtime and stay away when required
