Location: South West London
Salary: Up to £40K
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing maintenance needs.
- Conduct statutory compliance checks and support proactive maintenance strategies.
- Handle repairs across trades, including painting, plumbing, and minor joinery.
- Liaise with contractors on complex issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Manage furniture logistics, cleaning standards, and safety protocols.
- Assist with resident check-ins/outs and contribute to community event preparation.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on stock control and operational improvements.
Who You Are
- A skilled tradesperson with expertise in maintenance, decorating, and repairs.
- Experienced in residential property or facilities management (2+ years).
- Knowledgeable about Health & Safety Compliance, PPM, and site risk management.
- A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Passionate about creating thriving communities and delivering exceptional service.
- Flexible and adaptable to business needs, including occasional out-of-hours work.
