This is a Hybrid role, working from our London (Old Street) Offices 3 days per week

What You'll Be Doing
Ready to build AI automation that will change how we operate? We're looking for a hands-on builder to join our AI Operations team. Your mission is to turn automation ideas into reality, using tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, and n8n to design smart workflows that connect our APIs and business logic. If you love moving fast, thrive on execution, and want to build solutions that solve real problems for our team and our customers, this is the role for you.

Identify & prioritise high-impact automation opportunities across teamsDesign and deploy multi-step AI agents and automation workflows using n8nIntegrate LLMs via APIs to handle tasks like data extraction, summarization, and decision-makingImplement webhooks, API connections, and custom scripting to trigger and orchestrate workflowsWork side-by-side with our Engineering teams to prototype solutions & prove valueCreate technical documentation and runbooks for process ownersEvaluate new AI models, automation platforms, and integration methodsEnsure data privacy & compliance in workflows that deal with sensitive dataWork closely with Security/Compliance teams to align automation practices with our enterprise security framework

We're Looking For

Proven track record shipping multi-step automations in n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platformsAdvanced prompt engineering to get reliable, structured outputs from LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and authentication methodsProficiency in Python for scripting & workflow logicExceptional ability to move fast—translate requirements into working solutions in days, not monthsStrong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skillsExperience working in fast-paced environments where speed and pragmatism matter
