This role is for an AI Automation Builder to drive the strategic vision of embedding AI into operations. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying high-impact AI agents across key workflows using no-code platforms. This involves process mapping, developing robust automations, and ensuring their reliability to enhance efficiency and better serve learners and clients.

What you will do:

- Translate business rules into technical steps for AI-powered automations.

- Build and iterate on automations using selected no-code/low-code platforms.

- Integrate and leverage LLMs via APIs to perform complex tasks within workflows.

The ideal candidate:

- A track record of shipping multi-step automations in a SaaS environment using no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make).

- A solid grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON payloads.

- Advanced prompt engineering skills for getting reliable, structured outputs from LLMs.
