Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in London, England. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with customers. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves tracking sales performance metrics and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Job Title: Full - time Sales Representative

Salary Structure: Base Salary + Commission

Base Salary Range: £2,000 - £3,000/month

Minimum target: 4 deals per month

Commission/Bonus: 3% commission for each deal beyond the minimum target

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field door - to - door sales targeting end residential customers;

  • Visit communities and residential areas, participate in offline events, and promote products.

  • Follow up on sales leads via phone, email, and social media channels;

  • Drive contract signing and coordinate the installation process;

  • Maintain customer satisfaction, record sales data, and provide market feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to adapt to field sales with strong stress tolerance;

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills;

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £2,035.00-£3,500.00 per month
