The Team:
The Studio Team at Oner Active is a dynamic, detail-focused group that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and precision. We work closely with creatives, stylists, and marketing to bring the Oner Active vision to life across all photo and video content. We're organised, solution-driven, and passionate about process, ensuring every shoot runs smoothly from pre-production to post.

About You:
As the
Mid-Weight Studio Producer
, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of e-commerce, BAU, still life, and smaller creative shoots (T4-T5). You'll ensure shoots run smoothly from pre-production through post by managing timelines, resources, freelancers, and budgets.

This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with the Studio Manager, Styling and Samples teams, and our network of freelance photographers, stylists, and hair/makeup artists.

You'll be responsible for:
Production & Organisation:

• Support the Studio Manager in producing all shoots for e-commerce, creative, still life, ghost mannequin, and social shoots
• Coordinate sample availability with the Sample Coordinator as needed
• Work with the Studio Manager in building shot lists and call sheets
• Liaise with talent agencies to coordinate model castings, availability, and rates for shoots
• Liaise with freelancers (stylists, hair and makeup artists, photographers, videographers) and freelance agents to coordinate availability and rates for shoots
• Send out NDAs and relevant freelancer forms to external vendors as needed
• Order additional stock and styling pieces (e.g., shoes, accessories) when needed
• Order props and accessories as needed
• Book travel and accommodation for talent and external vendors within budget
• Maintain and improve production tools and systems, including boards and shared trackers
• Update the studio budget tracker with all receipts and invoices post-shoot in a timely manner, following up with outstanding invoices as needed

On-Set Support:

• Act as the on-set production lead for ecommerce shoots, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and adherence to brand and creative standards
• Support execution of T4-T5 creative launches, collaborating closely with the In-House Art Director and marketing teams to produce launch shoots to the highest standard
• Ensure the on set team keeps tidy and efficient styling and set areas throughout shoot days
• Oversee the studio assistant in catering, snacks, and coffee orders for the external team
• Print out shot lists and creative briefs, providing them to relevant team members on set
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed on all shoots

You'll need to have:

• 2-4 years of experience in a studio or production coordination role (fashion, e-commerce, or creative agency)
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and creative production workflows (samples, styling, photography, retouching)
• Proven experience coordinating shoots end-to-end, from pre-production through post
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident communicator, capable of liaising with creatives, freelancers, and senior stakeholders
• Experience with budget tracking and cost management
• Comfortable using , Google Workspace, and asset management tools
• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving

Nice to have's:

• Experience working on fashion or activewear shoots
• Familiarity with video production workflows
• Basic understanding of studio lighting, photography, or styling principles
