Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Blairgowrie Holiday Park (PH10 7AL) in a part time, permanent position. This role is working a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the flexibility of working 3 to 4 days out of the week, including weekends. This is a hands on role with previous housekeeping experience preferred. More hours may be available on open shifts depending on business needs.

Role Expectations

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness in all self catering holiday accommodation.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness in all facilities including toilet and shower block, reception and games room.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times by responding promptly and professionally to customer queries/requests.
  • Ensuring all accommodation is fully equipped, presented to a high standard and ready on time for all arrivals.
  • Cleaning and preparation of towels and linen in our in house laundry facilities to a high standard.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience within a Holiday Park/Hotel or similar
  • High attention to detail
  • Takes pride and ownership for their work
  • Be proactive and able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic IT skills

Housekeeping hours are usually 10am - 4pm, 7 days a week. Hours worked will typically be a minimum 20 hours over 3-4 days with shifts starting between 9/10am and finishing between 3-4pm. Regular weekend work is required.
