The Role

We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to own and grow strategic client relationships. This isn't your typical account management role – you'll be a trusted advisor, commercial lead, and growth catalyst for some of the most exciting B2B SaaS and tech companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Leadership

  • Own the P&L for your portfolio of accounts (typically 5-8 clients)
  • Drive account growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and pricing negotiations
  • Forecast and track account performance against targets

Strategic Partnership

  • Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Develop deep understanding of clients' businesses, markets, and growth challenges
  • Create and present strategic marketing roadmaps aligned to client objectives
  • Act as the bridge between client ambitions and agency capabilities

Team Orchestration

  • Brief and coordinate specialist teams across paid media, content, web development, and martech
  • Ensure flawless campaign execution and delivery excellence
  • Champion client needs internally while managing expectations externally
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery

Business Development

  • Support new business pitches with strategic input and client case studies
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to proposal development and pitch presentations
  • Build your personal brand as a B2B marketing expert

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years' account management experience, ideally in B2B agencies
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and hitting commercial targets
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Natural curiosity about B2B marketing trends, particularly in SaaS and tech
  • Ambitious mindset – you want to progress quickly and aren't afraid of responsibility
