We're looking for an Operational Change Support Manager to take up a leadership role in our Customer Care Transformation team, supporting our Customer Care function in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You will act as an accelerate, ensuring that the case for change is made and that the plans put in-place deliver as expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key internal relationships with stakeholders in Customer Care and IT including at senior leadership levels.
  • Influence Aegon UK Change Programmes to adopt best practice in platform development, from both a design and delivery perspective
  • Drive collaborative interaction with other teams across Customer Care Transformation to maintain one best way of working.
  • Present complex subjects in a simple understandable way to key stakeholders and audiences.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A proven track record of leading and managing high performing teams in a change operational environment.
  • Worked in complex organisational environments, where operational issues are linked to various stakeholders, with competing dependencies and drivers.
  • Experience operating in a continuous business and customer improvement environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience skills in a changing, complex and regulatory environment.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills allied to the ability to use information to generate creative solutions to benefit the business.
  • Full awareness and knowledge of operational risk within a Change Support and Platform function within financial services.

What's in it for you?

  • We're serious about your future and our enhanced pension scheme is now in place. We ask you to contribute 3% of your salary to your pension and we'll put in 9%. If you decide to contribute more, we'll match it up to a combined total of 20% of your salary (that's 7% from you and 13% from us).
  • A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance
  • 34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time)
  • We also offer private medical cover, life assurance, critical illness cover, enhanced parental leave and a variety of lifestyle benefits to help our employees live their best lives, including retail discount vouchers, cycle2work scheme, subsidised restaurant and online GP appointments.
