Job Overview
At Strata, we craft unforgettable brand experiences that spark connection, drive engagement, and deliver results. We're growing, and we're looking for a hands-on CRM & Campaign Manager to help us elevate how we connect with clients and prospects. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the newly integrated HubSpot, across the agency, shaping how we nurture relationships, deliver campaigns, and drive growth.
The Role
As our CRM & Campaign Manager, you'll be the HubSpot champion at Strata Group. From setting up smart lead-scoring models and automation sequences to creating campaign content that cuts through, you'll ensure our CRM activity is seamless, impactful, and measurable.
You'll manage the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns - from design and build through to analysis and optimisation - giving you the chance to see the real impact of your work. This role is perfect for someone who loves combining creativity with data, and who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
CRM Ownership
- Take full ownership of our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data quality, structure, and smart segmentation.
- Design and implement automated workflows, sequences, and lead-scoring systems to fuel sales and marketing.
- Integrate HubSpot effectively across the agency's processes and tools.
- You will be become the 'HubSpot Champion' within the agency. With the ability to help people use it and offer training when needed.
Campaigns
- Plan, build, and deliver CRM-led campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and new opportunities.
- Create compelling campaign assets (emails, landing pages, workflows) that reflect the Strata brand voice.
- Partner with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals and client needs.
Reporting & Insights
- Develop reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, pipeline health, and ROI.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights, continually optimising our approach.
Share learnings with the wider team to embed a data-driven, insight-first mindset.
Hands-on HubSpot experience is a must - you know the platform inside out.
- A proven track record in CRM/email campaign management.
- Confident in segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
- Analytical and data-driven, but just as comfortable writing engaging campaign copy.
- Organised, detail-focused, and used to juggling multiple projects in an agency environment.
- A team player who's ready to become the go-to CRM expert at Strata.
