Eden Scott is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected national legal firm in their search for a part-time Credit Control Administrator to join their Edinburgh office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the firm's finance team in managing credit control processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely payments, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the smooth running of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and chasing outstanding debts
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve payment issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of communications and transactions
  • Preparing reports for senior management
  • Supporting wider finance functions as required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in credit control or within a legal support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with legal sector finance (desirable but not essential)
