Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham for an Administrative Staff member. The role includes managing daily administrative operations, coordinating with different teams, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient office operations. Responsibilities also include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and assisting with general office tasks as needed. The Administrative Staff will play a key role in supporting the office team and ensuring smooth workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing, and office management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other administrative software
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset to handle daily operations efficiently
- Experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are an advantage
