About the Role

Are you hungry to build real operational experience in Facilities Management?

We're offering an opportunity to kick-start your FM career in a company that delivers reactive solutions across the UK. Based in our London, Seven Sisters office, you'll be shadowing experienced teams, coordinating contractors, handling site logistics, and learning how to solve problems in real-time under pressure.

This isn't a corporate desk job; it's a frontline operations role where your decisions will directly impact service delivery for major clients.

role and requires you to be present at our office full-time during working hours.

What you'll be doing

  • Taking on jobs from client request to resolution
  • Coordinating access, contractors, and follow-ups
  • Handling reactive maintenance and soft/hard FM issues
  • Learning how to manage SLAs, compliance, and client updates
  • Gaining first-hand exposure to the realities of FM delivery

Who we're looking for

  • Early-career / graduate-level individual hungry to learn
  • Highly organised, responsive, and calm under pressure
  • Great communicator who can deal with clients and suppliers professionally
  • Willing to be hands-on and accountable
  • Not afraid to roll up sleeves and solve problems under pressure
  • Experience in any FM-related field is a bonus, but not essential
