The Firm.

A well-established law firm with a strong presence across multiple offices. The property litigation department is renowned for its expertise in handling complex property issues, representing a diverse clientele that includes landlords, tenants, owners, and occupiers. The team specialises in all aspects of property litigation, working closely with colleagues to resolve disputes swiftly and cost-effectively.

The Role

As a go-to Property Litigation Solicitor, you'll dive into a variety of contentious property issues, including but not limited to:

  • Business tenancy renewals (both opposed and unopposed)

  • Communications Code matters

  • Breach of lease covenants and lease terminations

  • Service of break notices

  • Dilapidations and disrepair claims

  • Rent reviews and service charge recoveries

  • Possession claims, including squatter evictions

  • Anti-social behaviour injunctions

  • Development disputes involving restrictive covenants and overage

  • Easement disputes, such as rights of way and light obstruction

  • Agricultural tenancy disputes

Who Are We Looking For?

  • A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Property Litigation. (NQ solicitors with a passion for property litigation and a willingness to learn will also be considered.)

  • Experience in landlord and tenant matters is essential.

  • A proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

  • Someone local to our offices in Fareham or Worthing because commuting from Brighton is no joke
