About Us
Headwear UK is part of a global brand known for quality, creativity, and customer-first service. We're growing fast and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help us deliver a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Process customer orders and manage sales documentation
- Prepare and send quotes, follow up with clients, and support the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
- Answer incoming calls and respond to sales-related enquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist with general office tasks and admin support as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident, professional phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales support or admin is preferred
