**Role Purpose**

To provide administrative support to the ATF & Parts Sales areas of the business. This support will include a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to; performing daily tasks on our eBay shop such as sending payment reminders, cancelling unpaid orders, general data clean-ups (housekeeping) to maintain our eBay performance ratings; receiving, sorting and filing vehicles documents in order to make these documents readily available to the different Salvage Teams; generating bulk and individual invoices for Category B bike sales; creating ‘Job Cards’, excel spreadsheets and labels for Production and ATF jobs so that these are available to the ATF & Parts Teams, purchase required items and maintain the stock of materials used by the ATF & Parts Sales function to perform their role; maintain records (Excel) and provide data and reports from these records in order to analyse performance.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

To
- Perform daily updates on eBay
- Managing vehicle documents
- Generating bulk and individual Category B bike invoices
- Creating job cards and excel sheets
- Purchasing items and maintaining stock levels
- Maintain excel records and prepare reports

**Knowledge and Experience**

The following knowledge and experience is necessary in order to successfully facilitate this role:

- Administrative and organisation experience.
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- IT competency.
- Confident & professional communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Motorcycles
