**Sales Support Administrator**
**Egham**
- The Business Development department is the heart of our business and fundamental to its growth. With a combination of sales skills and relationship development, the team’s priority is to assist in the acquisition of new clients and sell additional AV products and services to our existing client base._
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain CRM (Dynamics 365) for the Sales & Service Team
- Generate new contacts from various sources such as Glenigans, Lead Forensics and other resources provided
- Update CRM with leads provided by Sales and Service Team
- Research on a regular basis for the sales and service team
- Update CRM on an ongoing basis where appropriate
- Create weekly reports
- Attend meetings/Teams meeting where appropriate

- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to deliver under pressure with minimum supervision
- To communicate effectively with people at all levels
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering the role
- Able to work well within a team
- Self-management/communication/planning/organising
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & progress priorities
- Excellent communications skills
