Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach.

Qualifications
