Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our growing team, specialising in managing social media for influencers. In this key role, you will act as the main point of contact for our influencer clients — overseeing content ideation, scheduling, and ensuring that their social presence aligns with their personal brand and growth goals.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media culture, have a strong understanding of influencer marketing, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. This is a flexible hybrid position — while we encourage time in the office for collaboration, much of your work can be completed remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for influencer clients, managing day-to-day communication and relationships.
  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and audience growth for each influencer.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, and written posts) across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to optimise content and strategy.
  • Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to maintain brand consistency and authenticity.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for creative growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or public relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in managing client relationships.
  • Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) and their audiences.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for content, tone, and brand voice.
