**Purpose of the Paid Social Media Manager**:
The Paid Social Media Manager has as primary responsibility to effectively plan, manage, execute and monitor all Paid Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve our lead generation campaigns performance and revenue. As a Paid SocialMedia Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Paid Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence, generate highly qualified leads, and improve their internal marketing. You will have a deep understanding of socialmedia platforms, lead generation campaigns and tactics. This is a managerial role in an exciting and dynamic global organisation focused on transforming its digital capabilities over the next few years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage and develop the paid social media strategy tuned within the overall Demand Generation strategy to maximise revenue across all
- Plan, build and execute the paid social media strategy and achieve the lead generation goals and metrics
(quality rate, CPL and volume).
- Provide weekly, mid intake and end of intake assessment and reporting on campaigns progress and effectiveness against goals (KPI’s) to the Director of Marketing, Demand Generation and to other areas of the business, when required, while mitigating problemsthat may hurt campaign results and conversion.
- Evaluate technologies that can enhance the performance of campaigns and that are compatible within their ecosystem.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel
- Manage the social media budget across all brands and monitors performance considering: lead volume, CPL, quality rate and audience targeting fine-tuning.
- Increase and oversee all ads assets (video ads, carrousel ads, canvas ads, static ads) across all our brands, as well as video social media content (FB live sessions, 60 seconds tutorials, etc.), working with copywriters and designers to ensure content isinformative and appealing
- Create a regular publishing schedule for all paid campaigns through our social media platforms, mainly Facebook and LinkedIn across all our brands.
- Work with the content team and add input to the content editorial calendar to plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Develop A/B testing of key digital assets to improve campaign performance.
- Ensure paid social media and lead generation best practises and data protection compliance.
- Participate in the unit’s planning activities to contribute to the overall Marketing strategy.
- Participate in the annual performance appraisal process.
- Be on top of the latest digital marketing trends.
- Be responsible for their own continuing self-development.
- Undertake other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary for the effective performance of the business without altering the nature or level of responsibility involved.

**Experience required**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Proven results using social media for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Versed in using Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Business Advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of TikTok and Snapchat Advertising platforms are a plus.
- Experience developing a paid social media strategy.
- Experience working with and developing a digital marketing plan.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat,
Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each of them can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Understanding of CEP ecosystems (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot. The latter being preferred) and API integration tools, like Zapier, strongly desired.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs (paid and organic), as well as SEO and web traffic metrics
(through GA) that can influence campaign performance.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
