We require an exceptional classroom teacher who is highly ambitious and will 'go above and beyond' to ensure the children make outstanding progress.

The school officially opened in August 2024 and is part of the Community Inclusive Trust, a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.

  • Has a strong understanding of SEMH needs and a commitment to inclusive education.
  • Can deliver engaging, adaptive lessons across the curriculum.
  • Builds positive and trusting relationships with young people.
  • Works effectively as part of a small, supportive team.
  • Have high expectations of everyone within the school community
  • Have knowledge and understanding of effective behaviour management strategies and the ability to put these into practice
  • Be a passionate, hardworking, qualified Teacher
