The Square have a fantastic opportunity to join their kitchen team as a full time Chef de Partie.

Were on the hunt for a passionate, talented Chef de Partie to join our friendly brigade at The Square - a fine dining-adjacent, modern seasonal restaurant and top-tier events venue at the heart of Bristols vibrant Clifton area.

As our new Chef de Partie, youll work alongside a team of six chefs and three KPs, producing bold, seasonal, modern British/European dishes in a kitchen thats all about craft, creativity, and camaraderie. From à la carte to weddings, private dining to member events, your day-to-day will be varied, rewarding, and full of flavour.

What youll be doing as Chef de Partie:
  • Preparing and cooking seasonal, high-quality food for our à la carte and private event menus
  • Supporting more junior chefs
  • Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy during your shift
  • Acting as a good team player

What you bring:
  • Solid experience in fresh food, high-quality kitchens (fine dining or events is a bonus)
  • A friendly personality and a team-player attitude
  • A calm, positive approach - even when the pass is on fire
  • Ambition, a sense of humour, and a genuine love for food

This role is perfect for an existing Chef de Partie ready to get stuck into a new challenge, or a strong Junior CDP looking for the next step up in their career. We're looking for someone who is keen to join a forward-thinking kitchen where quality and creativity are the name of the game.
