The Role

We're looking for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join this flourishing team. It's a varied role, giving you the chance to work across both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

  • Advising on contracts, policies, and day-to-day HR queries
  • Handling grievances, disciplinaries, and broader employee relations issues
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal claims covering unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing
  • Supporting High Court employment matters where relevant

You'll work closely with a partner who enjoys mentoring the team and have exposure to high-profile work.

About you:

  • 5+ years' PQE in employment law, with solid experience across both contentious and non-contentious work
  • Strong technical knowledge with a practical, commercially-minded approach
  • Confident client-handling skills and a collaborative team ethic
  • Some exposure to High Court employment litigation is desirable, but not essential
