The Role

As part of our kitchen team, you'll work closely with our chefs to keep the kitchen running smoothly, prepping fresh ingredients to plating and packing dishes ready for delivery. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and support the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure all dishes meet our quality and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proven experience working in a fast-passed kitchen environment or similar.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
