The Role
We're looking for a skilled and organised Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. You'll be responsible for running day-to-day service, managing prep and production, and maintaining our high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and food hygiene safety and all regulatory requirements
- Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and upselling strategies.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef in a similar dark kitchen setting.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations: food prep, cooking, presentation
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and health safety standards.
- Manage portion sizes, inventory levels and produce orders
- Lead, train and motivate a small kitchen team
- A passion for delivering high-quality team and exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience working with Indian cuisine desired but essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £44,000.00 per year
