We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team.
Duties
- The key responsibilities of the position of a personal Assistant include –
- Diary management
- Meeting Co-ordination
- Minute Taking
- Producing minutes of meetings
- Sending out paperwork for meetings
- Meet and Greet Visitors when required
- Travel & Accommodation arrangements for staff
- Email and communication management
- Ordering of snacks for student kitchen
- Order stationery for all campuses
- Order all cleaning items for cleaners at all campuses
- Filing
- Assist with the organisation of staff and student events i.e Graduation/Staff Away Days etc.
- Booking conferences/webinars for Executive Team
- Keeping records of conferences/webinars attended by Executive Team
- Providing general administrative support
- Work with Executive Assistant (deputise when she is on annual leave)
- Any Ad-Hoc tasks asked to do
