Role Summary:

You'll join a small, experienced team managing your own portfolio of commercial and property clients. This is a hands-on servicing role — supporting long-standing relationships, handling renewals and claims, and developing business through excellent client care rather than sales targets. The firm offers ongoing CPD, insurer-led product training, and progression toward senior or account executive roles for those keen to develop.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage a portfolio of SME to mid-market commercial clients (premiums typically £3k–£15k) across property owners, combined liability, and mini fleet risks.


• Handle renewals, MTAs, claims, and new business with care and accuracy.


• Maintain strong insurer and client relationships built on trust and attention to detail.


• Prepare renewal reports, ensuring compliance and technical accuracy.


• Support junior colleagues while contributing to the overall team target.


• Confidently meet clients face-to-face once established in the role (within 6–12 months).

Requirements:


• Proven experience in commercial account handling, ideally using Acturis.


• Broad knowledge across property owners, liability, fleet, and PI/Cyber products.


• Detail-oriented with strong technical understanding and pride in delivery.


• Friendly, down-to-earth communicator who enjoys working in a close-knit team.


• Full UK driving licence (office not accessible by public transport).
