About the Role

We're looking for a HR Administrator to join our client as the first point of contact for all HR queries. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our people operations, providing exceptional HR support, maintaining strong relationships across the business, and ensuring our processes run efficiently and compliantly.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle competing priorities, and has a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ideally, you'll bring experience from the Facilities Services or Cleaning Industry, where adaptability and responsiveness are essential to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing professional, timely, and legally compliant advice to colleagues, Supervisors, and Area General Managers.
  • Produce HR documentation including (but not limited to) contracts of employment, variations of contract, pay and benefit letters, and internal communications.
  • Manage the HR mailbox, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Process employee leavers and handle reference requests.
  • Act as a notetaker during employee relations meetings when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic personnel files.
  • Deliver on agreed KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement within the HR function.
