Choice is seeking a Senior Finance Officer to support the management accounting team by preparing journals, allocating service charge expenditure, and completing annual service charge calculations. The role manages tenant and leaseholder queries, assists with budgeting, and presents service charge information as needed. The SFO will ensure accurate financial reporting across schemes and provide timely information to support organisational decision-making

Essential Criteria

  • 3rd Level Accountancy qualification
  • 3 years relevant experience working in a Finance Department
  • Highly proficient in the use of Excel

OR

  • 5 years relevant experience in a Finance department
  • Highly proficient in the use of Excel
