This role will be **Hybrid** working - 3 days in State of the Art Belfast City Centre offices, 2 days at Home. This is a Monday - Friday position.

**Key Tasks**:
You will ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions across the Credit Control and Revenue functions within the finance department in accordance with Solicitors Accounting Regulations and other regional regulatory jurisdictions. Stakeholders serviced could include any or all of the offices using the Belfast Shared Service Centre. All transactions will be logged onto the 3E finance system.

You will support your Working Capital Specialist and Team Lead in the delivery of both Revenue activity as well as the timely collection of cash, and ensure adherence to best practice by completing all necessary working capital tasks and reporting accurately and in a timely manner...

You will support the Team Lead and Working Capital Specialist as they focus on identifying & implementing continuous improvements. This may also include involvement in ad hoc projects as and when required.
You may be asked to assist the Team Leader with workflow management and quality checking, and provide support at month end close including month end overtime support.

**The Ideal Person**:

- Experience in similar role or in Credit Control and/or Revenue Team(
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent record of personal accuracy and timeliness results

**INDJG**

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
