The Interim HR Advisor will support the business by providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Our client is a professional services organisation with a robust presence in the UK and a main office in Leeds.

Description

The interim HR Advisor will:

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to management and employees.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness.

Profile

The Interim HR Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the professional services industry or a head office environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience with HR systems and processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • HR or business degree, and or a CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary between £35,000 and £37,000 per annum.
  • Opportunity to work within a well-established professional services organisation.
  • Initial 3 month contract with potential for permanent.
  • Potential for further development and breadth of experience.
  • Remote role with meetings in Leeds once a week or fortnightly.
