QA Higher Education is seeking a Student Applications Administrator to support our recruitment efforts across CIS and Central Asia. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in guiding students through their journey to study in the UK, while working closely with our International Officers, agents, and university partners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support International Officers in exceeding team targets.

  • Manage a high-performing pipeline and deliver on daily KPIs with precision.

  • Deliver exceptional service to students, agents, and partners—be their trusted advisor throughout the admissions process.
  • Engage applicants across multiple channels, guiding them through interviews, document submissions, and English tests.
  • Champion student success by going the extra mile to help them meet deadlines and overcome application hurdles.
  • Own your pipeline—self-manage within SLAs, maintain accurate CRM records, and share insights with your team.
  • Support visa and compliance processes, including CAS issuance, financial document checks, and credibility interviews.
  • Be a conversion expert—respond to enquiries, advise on payment methods, and help students stay committed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and university partners to resolve issues and report outcomes.

  • Experience working with international students, ideally from CIS and Central Asia would be beneficial.
