We are seeking a
Compliance Lead
to join our dynamic team within Global Workplace Solutions. This role is pivotal in managing compliance administration and ensuring all statutory and non-statutory paperwork is accurately maintained on our CAFM system.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Oversee compliance activities to meet contractual obligations.
  • Manage vendors and provide quality compliance support.
  • Ensure all PPM paperwork and remedials are correctly uploaded and tracked.
  • Act as the first point of contact for compliance queries.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and adapting business processes.
  • Coach and mentor a small team of Helpdesk Advisors.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in coaching and team development.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to lead and influence in a changing environment.

*Qualifications*

  • Minimum GCSE passes in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Higher education (A-Level/HNC/Degree) preferred.
  • Committed, reliable, and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
