The Opportunity
Join Arup's Finance Transformation Programme, a global initiative driving strategic change to support our Global Finance Vision. We're seeking a dynamic Finance Change & Communications Manager to lead communications and change management across Arup's global Finance Business Services (FBS) projects network. Be at the heart of shaping Arup's finance transformation journey, influencing global communications and driving meaningful change.
The Finance Change & Communication Manager will bring expertise in following areas of work:
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans across multiple channels.
- Design and deliver change management strategies aligned with global transformation goals.
- Create impactful multimedia content and training materials in collaboration with SMEs.
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
- Coordinate global communication and change activities with senior leaders and project teams.
- Support training delivery and share best practices across FBS leadership.
Is this role right for you?
- We seek senior finance change professionals with the following skills and attributes:
- 5+ years demonstrable experience in end to end global change management and strategic communications.
- Specialism in finance transformation, ideally within global matrix organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management, able to forge strong business partnerships to C-Suite level.
- Skilled in translating complex information into clear, engaging messaging.
- Proficient in multimedia content creation; familiarity with design/video tools.
- Knowledge of change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter); certification (Prosci/APMG) preferred.
