We're Hiring: Customer Service Champion

At Optimus Worldwide in partnership with Partner Plus Media, we work closely with a wide network of venues across North America and the advertisers who feature in our venue publications. We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Champion to support both groups — ensuring a smooth, professional experience from onboarding to ongoing service.

This is a UK- office based role, working closely with our North American clients during their business hours.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in building relationships with venue partners and advertisers. Whether it's guiding a venue through onboarding, assisting with publication deadlines, or helping an advertiser with general queries, your focus will be on delivering excellent service and ensuring our clients feel supported and valued.

Working Hours

You'll be expected to work hours that align with North American time zones — typically around 2-10pm UK time, depending on location coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for venue clients and advertisers in our publications
  • Guide new venues through onboarding and setup
  • Support advertisers with artwork submissions, updates, and publication timelines
  • Coordinate internally with production and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Respond to client queries promptly and professionally
  • Keep accurate records of client communication and project progress
  • Proactively check in with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of experience in customer service role or account management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines
  • A friendly, confident manner with a genuine desire to help others
  • Comfortable using CRM - and of course speaking to clients every day
  • Experience working with venues, publications, or advertisers is a plus but not essential
  • Previous experience supporting North American clients is helpful, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,500.00 per year
